6.3ct to 8.1ct Moissanite Tennis Bracelet

This is the full weight tennis bracelet, not the dainty version. Between six and eight carats of D VVS1 moissanite run the whole length of the band, set edge to edge so there is no dead metal between stones. On the wrist it reads as one continuous line of light rather than a row of separate points. Stones set edge to edge also make a stiffer line, so the bracelet holds its shape on the wrist rather than collapsing between links.

Four stone cuts are offered and they behave differently. Circular gives the classic round brilliance. Rhombus throws sharper, more angular flashes. Four leaf clover clusters the light into distinct points. Hybrid cutting mixes shapes along the line for a less uniform, more custom look. The choice changes the character of the piece more than the metal colour does. The base metal is s925 sterling silver, which does not tarnish the way brass can, and moissanite has a Mohs hardness of 9.25.

Sizing runs 15cm through 21cm, which covers a close fit on a slim wrist up to a relaxed drape on a larger one. A tennis bracelet should sit with about a finger of movement, so measure your wrist and add roughly a centimetre and a half. The base is s925 sterling silver plated in 18k white, yellow or rose gold. Choose the longer end of your range if you plan to wear a watch beside it.
