Oval 5x7mm Moissanite Rope Bracelet, 5 Colours, S925

An oval stone on a braided rope chain. The rope is the point of difference: woven strands flex in every direction, so the bracelet moves with the wrist and sits closer than a rigid link chain, and the texture gives the single oval something to sit against. At 5x7mm the stone is large enough to be the clear focus but low enough in profile that it does not snag on cuffs or lift away from the skin.

The stone is oval cut moissanite on pure S925 sterling silver. Coloured stones are where cut quality shows, because colour and fire fight each other: a badly cut coloured stone goes dark in the centre. Moissanite helps here, with a refractive index near 2.65 that keeps light bouncing back out through the colour rather than being swallowed by it. At Mohs 9.25 the stone also keeps its polish on a wrist piece that takes constant contact.

Five stone colours are offered: white, black, red, blue and pink. White is the closest to a classic diamond look. Black reads as the most masculine and pairs well with steel. Red, blue and pink are the ones to pick if the bracelet is meant to be noticed on its own. Three size bands cover most wrists, 14 to 15cm, 16 to 17cm and 18 to 19cm, so measure your wrist and choose the band that contains it.
