Personalised Name Ring with Moissanite, 925 Silver

This ring is cut to carry up to four letters, and the letter count changes how it sits. One or two letters leave space either side, so the band stays balanced and the moissanite accents read clearly. Three or four letters fill the face and the ring becomes the main piece on the hand. Letters are formed in the metal itself rather than engraved into the surface, which means the shape survives polishing and does not fade with wear.

The accent stones are moissanite, which is the right choice on a ring that will be worn constantly. At 9.25 on the Mohs scale it is close to diamond at 10 and far above the softer simulants, so small stones set near the edge of a band keep their polish instead of going cloudy. The refractive index of about 2.65 is higher than a diamond's 2.42, so even accent sized stones throw visible fire against the brushed letters.

Two models are offered. Model 1 is the slimmer profile, better for stacking next to an existing band and easier to wear on a smaller hand. Model 2 is wider and gives the letters more room, which is what you want at three or four characters. Sizes run 4 through 9 in silver, gold or rose gold on 925 sterling silver.
