Iced Out Bracelet, 6mm 8mm or 10mm in 925 Silver

This is a fully iced bracelet in three widths, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, and width is the only structural decision on a piece like this. A 6mm band flexes easily and follows the wrist, so it wears like a chain and sits well next to a watch. A 10mm band has more metal across its back, holds a shallower curve and rides higher on the wrist. The 8mm is the middle, flexible enough to drape and wide enough to notice.

Both a moissanite and a zircon version are offered. The difference is worth understanding before you choose. Moissanite is harder at Mohs 9.25 and its refractive index near 2.65 gives more fire, so it stays bright and keeps its facet edges on a wrist piece that takes constant contact. Zircon is softer at about 8.5, returns a cooler and flatter light, and will dull at the edges sooner. It is a fraction of the cost and fine as a stack piece or a gift.

Each width comes in gold or silver on a 925 sterling silver base, which is why the inside of the band will not discolour your skin the way plated brass does. For sizing, the 6mm is the version to buy if the bracelet has to live alongside a watch strap every day. The 8mm is the best single choice if you only want one. The 10mm is the loudest and needs a bare wrist to work. Keep all of them out of chlorine.
